  • Recruitment Marketing

    Over the two years, I was at CMS, the school needed to fill several staff positions with urgency. As a small non-profit in an expensive urban area, it was challenging to stand out from better resourced employers. I created a strategy to market the specialness of working at CMS by creating an updated and detailed boiler plate template for all jobs and then customizing each with details that would attract candidates to apply. Using my methods, the school was able to attract and hire a record number of new staff in a very tight labor market.
